To provide outbound calling, WhatsApp, and email automation services, we collect and store contact details (name, phone number, email address, notes), call recordings and transcripts, and message content from WhatsApp and email conversations carried out on your behalf.
Personally identifiable information — contact phone numbers, emails, names, notes, call transcripts, and message content — is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before it is written to our database. Credentials for third-party integrations are encrypted the same way.
You may request a copy of all data we hold on a contact (Right to Data Portability) or request permanent erasure of a contact and anonymisation of their associated call/message history (Right to Erasure). Both actions are available directly from the Contacts page in the dashboard.
Call transcripts and message content are retained for a configurable period (default 12 months) after which they are automatically purged, while call/billing records are retained for accounting purposes.
Where required by applicable law, you must obtain consent from a contact before adding them to an outbound campaign. The consent checkbox on the Contacts page records the date consent was given.
